Ugh. I hate Easter.
Who the fuck invented chocolate easter eggs? Were they trying to give us all heart attacks?
I have 6, no joke. Plus loads of calorie-laden mini eggs. And I'm ashamed to say I binged and ate about 1000 calories today (including a meal I was forced into eating). Maybe even 1200. Thinking positively though, that may get me off my plateau. I did some exercises too - 300 crunches, 50 press-ups. Then I paced the house for ages. I walked from wall to wall and counted the laps I did. 100 per 2 laps, so 200 single laps.
Then I took a cold bath to boost my metabolism and some laxatives to... you know, do what laxatives do. Unfortunately, it was too late to purge the chocolate. :(
Here's tomorrow's meal plan:
Brekkie - half a sachet of porridge made with water - 50 kcals
Lunch - half a tub of low-fat cottage cheese - 150 kcals
Dinner - whatever my mother makes, but it will be purged - 300 kcals, max.
Intake for the day - 500 kcals.
Wish me luck ignoring those Easter eggs. <3
